1. Definitions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the GTC) are those of the company So Stay, SAS, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Paris under number 85220167200015, whose registered office is located at 12 rue Gauthey, 75017 Paris, France (hereinafter the Company).
The Company owns and operates the website: www.sostay.fr
The website is hosted by:
OVH, a company registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Lille Métropole under number 424 761 419, whose registered office is located at 2 rue Kellermann – 59100 Roubaix (telephone: 09 72 10 10 07).
The publication director is: Charles Bloch.
The website offers customers (hereinafter the Customer) the possibility to book and pay for rooms within So Stay (hereinafter the Services).
The official language of the website is French. An English version may be available for information purposes only.
2. Application of the GTC
These GTC aim to define the conditions applicable to any reservation made by the Customer on the website.
The validation of a reservation (hereinafter the Order) implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
The Customer acknowledges having received, prior to placing the Order, all necessary information relating to the Services.
3. Ordering services on the website
The Customer selects the desired Services on the website. The Services are described in detail on the corresponding booking pages.
The Customer may, at any time, review the details of their Order and its total price (including any additional amounts such as tourist tax).
Before final validation, the Customer may modify their Order. The summary presented includes:

selected services,
-
their total price including taxes,
-
associated conditions (flexible, non-refundable, etc.).
The Order becomes final when the Customer:

checks the box accepting the GTC, and

clicks on “Confirm my booking”.
Certain “Non-refundable, non-cancellable” offers require explicit acknowledgment of the payment obligation.
After validation, the Company sends the Customer a confirmation email summarizing the booking details.
4. Payment terms
The prices of the Services are indicated in euros, all taxes included.
Unless otherwise stated, additional services (breakfast, etc.) are not included.
5. Group bookings
Group bookings are not accepted.

7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, accommodation services are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
By accepting these GTC, the Customer expressly acknowledges waiving any right of withdrawal.
8. Personal data processing
As part of its activities, the Company processes personal data relating to its Customers.
The Company places great importance on privacy and implements all necessary measures to ensure data security and confidentiality.
8.1 Data collected
The following data may be collected:

payment details (encrypted and processed by a secure provider)
8.2 Purpose of processing
Data is used for:

In accordance with the Decree of February 25, 2011, the hosting provider must retain certain data allowing identification of content publishers for a period of one year.

8.7 Cookies

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought within 30 days.
Failing this, jurisdiction will lie with the courts of the Company’s registered office, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
